Yunnan Pullman Yuxi Falcon

As the first international five-star hotel in the main urban area of Yuxi, the overall swimming pool and water environment system of Yuxi Falcon Pullman Hotel (Pullman Yuxi Falcon) were comprehensively planned, designed, and implemented by LASWIM as the specialized engineering contractor. This encompassed key stages such as equipment selection, system integration, installation and commissioning, as well as handover and operation. The project includes an aerial infinity pool, an indoor heated pool (with a children’s pool), an outdoor pool, private pools for eight detached villas, and multiple landscape water features, placing extremely high demands on system stability, safety, and long-term operational reliability.

As a core highlight of the hotel, Yuxi's first sky infinity pool was delivered with a complete one-stop water system engineering solution by LASWIM. This approach ensures consistently stable water quality standards while effectively enhancing system operational efficiency and energy-saving performance. The children’s pool and villa pools feature independent water treatment and disinfection designs, further enhancing safety and health protection for users.

The project was constructed in full compliance with international five-star hotel technical standards. In this project, LASWIM introduced a partial-flow ozone disinfection system, an air photocatalytic disinfection system, and an intelligent centralized control system, achieving unified monitoring and refined management across multiple pools and water bodies. Leveraging mature engineering expertise and strict construction standards, LASWIM has created a stable, reliable, healthy, comfortable, and sustainably operational high-quality water environment for the Pullman Hotel, forming a critical engineering backbone supporting the hotel’s premium leisure and business experience.
