Beijing Daxing International Airport Sports and Swimming Center

The Beijing Daxing International Airport Adjacent Sports Center is located in the north area of the Airport Service Island. With a total construction area of approximately 49,400 square meters, it is a high-standard, modern comprehensive sports venue and an important public welfare project for the region. The exterior design of the venue is inspired by aircraft, symbolizing “wings of the sky”, with smooth architectural lines that showcase a sense of technology, modernity, and futurism. 

The low-carbon design of swimming pools is one of the significant measures in response to the national goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”. Through a series of environmentally friendly, energy-saving and efficient water treatment technologies, LASWIM enables the low-carbon operation of swimming pools.

The swimming pool in this sports center adopts advanced oxidation process (AOP) disinfection technology, which generates active oxygen to efficiently kill bacteria and viruses and degrade organic pollutants, ensuring the water quality is hygienic and safe. Compared with traditional chlorine disinfection, AOP technology is more effective, uses less chlorine and causes less irritation, providing swimmers with a healthier water environment.

In addition, LASWIM has equipped the swimming pool with an air-source heat pump system, which converts low-temperature heat energy into high-temperature heat energy to achieve efficient and energy-saving constant temperature heating. This system operates stably, is environmentally friendly and reliable, ensuring that swimmers can enjoy a comfortable water temperature all year round.

The AI intelligent control system integrates functions such as circulation, filtration, disinfection, heating, dehumidification and air quality monitoring, enabling the entire process of pool water treatment to be managed intelligently. The system can automatically adjust operating parameters based on real-time water quality data, ensuring that the water quality remains high-quality and stable at all times. It also simultaneously optimizes the indoor air environment, creating a healthy and comfortable experience space for swimmers.
