As the core project of the Nangang Industrial Culture Tourism Zone in Jiangbei New Area, the Nangang Comprehensive Stadium covers an area of 33,800 square meters. Upgraded and renovated from the original Nangang Stadium, it integrates a comprehensive sports hall, commercial office buildings, and a basketball court, becoming a new urban landmark that combines sports events, public fitness, and industrial culture tourism.

Adhering to the concepts of “eco-friendliness” and “low carbon”, the venue has fully incorporated low-energy technologies and highly efficient energy-saving building envelopes in its construction and operation. It utilizes waste heat from the factory area to meet 98% of the air conditioning load and 100% of the swimming pool and domestic hot water needs. Simultaneously, it achieves energy self-sufficiency through photovoltaic-storage-direct-drive-flexible technology, achieving zero carbon emissions during operation. Upon completion, this project will become the first sports venue in China to reach the "Three-Star Green Building Standard" and achieve "zero-carbon building" throughout its entire construction and operation process, setting an industry benchmark.

A high-efficiency circulating filtration system, combined with an advanced supply and return water network design, continuously purifies the water and ensures its clarity.

Ozone disinfection combined with disinfectant application effectively removes impurities and bacteria, ensuring that water quality meets high national standards.

The fully automatic water quality monitoring management system ccan monitor and automatically adjust equipment operating parameters in real time to ensure stable and safe water quality.

The machine room layout is scientific, with the water treatment machine room located on the second basement level and the dehumidification heat pump machine room located on the first floor, which greatly improves operating efficiency and equipment lifespan.
