SAND FILTER (HDPE /Bobbin wound/Fiberglass/Laminated sand filter)

LASWIM is equipped with advanced production equipment to make sure the efficient and safe production.

There are different manufacturing lines for different products.

Blow-mould manufacturing line and injection molding manufacturing line.

The blow-mould technology creates a one-piece tank and equipped with six-way, clamp style and top/side mount multiport valve. The HDPE sand filter and bobbin wound sand filter’s tank are produced by this blow-mould machine.

All of the plastic parts such as the multiport valves, pump body, plastic light base and face ring, water inlet, gutter etc. are made by the injection molding machine.

Pump, heart of the swimming pool, plays an important role in the whole system. In recent years, LASWIM launches a full range of pumps, which can be installed for different working condition.  For example, HLLF series, BHP series, ESP series, KP series, HVSP and BVSP series variable speed pump, etc.
